Based in Richhill, Co. Armagh, Lenaghan Design operates throughout Northern Ireland including Portadown, Banbridge, Dungannon and Belfast. Offering a high quality architectural, planning and project management service while combining good working relationships with other architects, the Planning Service and local authorities has resulted in a very high success rate for obtaining Planning Approvals.

Lenaghan Design was established in 2000 by Ian Lenaghan after having previously worked for a multi-disciplinary practice in Moy, Co. Tyrone for 13 years where he gained a wide range of valuable experience in all aspects of construction. This included small domestic extensions, NIHE grant work, one off bespoke dwellings and also larger projects such as church hall facilities, factories, bars and night clubs, warehousing, offices, sports pavilions and housing developments.

We were considering a roof space conversion, and extension out the back of our house, when Ian was recommended to us.
